To use our Service, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Comply with all applicable laws and Etsy's Terms of Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use • Ensuring your Etsy account remains in good standing You must not share your login credentials with any third parties.

Commission rates and payment terms are specified in your Partnership Agreement. All payments are subject to: • Successful verification of store handover • Compliance with these Terms and the Partnership Agreement • Accurate banking/payment information on file We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is detected.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website belong to OpenEtsy unless otherwise stated. You may not: • Copy or reproduce our content without permission • Use our branding without authorization • Claim ownership of our proprietary methods or systems

OpenEtsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions paid to you in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for actions taken by Etsy or any third-party platforms.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate your account if you: • Violate these Terms • Engage in fraudulent activity • Breach your Partnership Agreement • Violate Etsy's Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using this Service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
